Angel of the deep
As is fast becoming the norm when I visited South Africa, my sister and I go and get a new tattoo. This time I decided on something that's had everyone raising their eyebrows and certainly convinced I've lost my mind - the tattoo artist included! I chose to have a pink manta ray tattoo on my upper left thigh.
Why pink? For anyone who knows me, it was an obvious colour choice - besides black, pink is my favourite colour. As to why a manta ray, I guess MrTwist is only person who will really understand that. I love the ocean and sea creatures, I love, love manta rays - I have since I was very young. To me they are beautiful, powerful and yet gentle and angelic, they fly through the deep waters, their wings moving majestically, slowly and peacefully, so pure and serene. Well, I've now told you what i hope this particular tattoo will bring to me and my life - strength, peace, serenity.

The tattoo is beautiful, and Dima should not have argued for so long because it turned out so gorgeous in the end. He will definitely remember it till we go for the next one as per our tradition... whenever that may be (hopefully not too long away)... The finished picture is even more stunning than the photo posted
